I came in for a very painful procedure. Numbing the area by needle was worse than the cut! I wish there was a better way to numb the area first like a topical gel?

I am a new client to the practice and Kelly- Anne Shedd-Hartman and I couldn't have been pleased. She is knowledgable, very professional and nice! She answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed at all and her supporting staff was equally as friendly and professional. You can tell they all like working together and are very well organized and clean.
