I am a returning patient to this practice. My experience back was very welcoming, attentive and accomplished what I needed. Dr. KASH is very kind. She listens and takes great care. I am someone who’s suffered severe menopausal symptoms and she was able to help me! I am so happy to be back and feel I am in great, caring hands.

At 81 years old is kind of embarrassing to still have to come to gynecologist but doctors were always makes me feel okay not just okay great and any question I have he is there to answer for me he is a wonderful addition to the doctors I have found you between are the great ones and he is one of them the office staff is fantastic also Sally especially

Dr Swor and his staff are extremely conscientious of patients’ time and well-being. I have found everyone I’ve encountered over the years (from the receptionist to the staff on the patient portal to the nurses and Dr Swor himself) to be very pleasant to deal with and eager to help. This office is, by far, one of the most efficiently run doctors offices I’ve been to and I am happy to be a patient here.

I highly recommend Dr. Kelly-Anne Shedd-Hartman, who I have been seeing for 5 years, if you are looking for a new gynecologist. She's very warm and sweet and so easy to talk to about any of my concerns. Her exams are thorough but quick. She recommended a successful treatment for one of my significant post menopause symptoms that my previous dr never suggested. I think she's great and feel so fortunate to have been referred to her.

My ongoing experience with this doctor's office has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable—especially when it involves something as serious as medical care.
For several weeks, I’ve been trying to have my lab work and medical records sent to a well-known, established medical center for a second opinion. I was repeatedly told by this office that the information had been sent, only to be informed at the last minute—days before my appointment—that they were "unable to reach" the receiving center. This is simply not true. The other center has been easy to contact and extremely cooperative throughout. The breakdown is entirely on this office’s end.
In addition to this, they have already mishandled a prescription, are nearly impossible to reach by phone, do not respond to messages in a timely manner (if at all), and seem completely uncoordinated internally. It’s clear there are serious issues with communication, organization, and follow-through here.
This lack of competence has put me in a stressful and vulnerable position right before an important medical appointment, and it's actively interfering with my ability to get timely, potentially life-altering second opinions.
I urge anyone considering this office to proceed with caution, especially if your care involves time-sensitive diagnostics or coordination with outside specialists.

To add to this, I also requested a refill of a birth control prescription I have been on for years without issue. Despite clear instructions, the provider repeatedly prescribed the wrong medication. This nearly resulted in a lapse in both my coverage and my access to necessary medication.
Between the lack of professionalism, poor communication, disregard for patient concerns, and failure to follow through on basic requests, I cannot in good conscience recommend this clinic. These are not minor oversights — they reflect systemic issues that could seriously impact patient health and trust.

My experience with this medical office has been deeply disappointing and concerning at multiple levels. I initially visited for what I expected to be a routine check-up. After the appointment, I received a call asking me to return. When I came back and checked in, I was immediately asked by the front desk staff if I was “ready to take a urine test,” without any prior notice or explanation. This abrupt approach made me feel uncomfortable and uninformed.
I was directed to a restroom to complete the test, which was in poor condition. The space was unsanitary — with no clear labels, no instructions, and no designated location for the sample. It felt disorganized, unclean, and highly unprofessional for a medical facility.
During the follow-up appointment, a minor procedure was performed. Afterward, the nurse mentioned she had forgotten to go over a consent or disclosure document. Instead of reviewing it with me, she left it on the desk and told me to sign it on my way out. This happened immediately after I had received unexpected and distressing medical news, and while I was clearly in a rush to return to work. I was not given the time, explanation, or proper support to process what I was signing — which is not only inappropriate but potentially unethical.
What was most alarming, however, is that during this visit, I was told I had cancer. Naturally, I asked for the documentation and images that were used to make this diagnosis. Despite multiple requests via the patient portal — which they actively promote as their preferred method of communication — and follow-up phone calls every day since the diagnosis, I have received no response. As of today, they have yet to provide the records I am entitled to or even acknowledge my messages.
