I was referred to Dr. Johnson at Swor Women's Care by my PCP for a very large ovarian cyst. It was determined the ovary and cyst needed to be removed. Dr. Johnson was wonderful from start to finish. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Dr Johnson performed laproscopic surgery to remove the ovary and cyst. The surgery went well with very little down time. Kristy, the surgery coordinator was great. We spoke on several occasions prior to the surgery and she was most helpful. All of the nurses and staff were very professional. I highly recommend Dr. Johnson and Swor Women's Care.

I am a returning patient to this practice. My experience back was very welcoming, attentive and accomplished what I needed. Dr. KASH is very kind. She listens and takes great care. I am someone who’s suffered severe menopausal symptoms and she was able to help me! I am so happy to be back and feel I am in great, caring hands.

At 81 years old is kind of embarrassing to still have to come to gynecologist but doctors were always makes me feel okay not just okay great and any question I have he is there to answer for me he is a wonderful addition to the doctors I have found you between are the great ones and he is one of them the office staff is fantastic also Sally especially

Dr Swor and his staff are extremely conscientious of patients’ time and well-being. I have found everyone I’ve encountered over the years (from the receptionist to the staff on the patient portal to the nurses and Dr Swor himself) to be very pleasant to deal with and eager to help. This office is, by far, one of the most efficiently run doctors offices I’ve been to and I am happy to be a patient here.

I highly recommend Dr. Kelly-Anne Shedd-Hartman, who I have been seeing for 5 years, if you are looking for a new gynecologist. She's very warm and sweet and so easy to talk to about any of my concerns. Her exams are thorough but quick. She recommended a successful treatment for one of my significant post menopause symptoms that my previous dr never suggested. I think she's great and feel so fortunate to have been referred to her.

My ongoing experience with this doctor's office has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable—especially when it involves something as serious as medical care.
For several weeks, I’ve been trying to have my lab work and medical records sent to a well-known, established medical center for a second opinion. I was repeatedly told by this office that the information had been sent, only to be informed at the last minute—days before my appointment—that they were "unable to reach" the receiving center. This is simply not true. The other center has been easy to contact and extremely cooperative throughout. The breakdown is entirely on this office’s end.
In addition to this, they have already mishandled a prescription, are nearly impossible to reach by phone, do not respond to messages in a timely manner (if at all), and seem completely uncoordinated internally. It’s clear there are serious issues with communication, organization, and follow-through here.
This lack of competence has put me in a stressful and vulnerable position right before an important medical appointment, and it's actively interfering with my ability to get timely, potentially life-altering second opinions.
I urge anyone considering this office to proceed with caution, especially if your care involves time-sensitive diagnostics or coordination with outside specialists.

Dr. Lichon always offers attentive, thorough and kind care. I never feel rushed or unheard when I have a wellness visit.
