I am a “senior” who had surgery due to pelvic floor prolapse. I delivered twins years ago and have had bladder incontinence for a while but it had never caused major issues until recently. I was also having other issues with my vaginal area and I decided to see someone about it and my primary referred me to Dr. Swor. After an examination, which I felt comfortable the whole time, Dr. Swor gave me options….do nothing, use a pessary, or surgery; with no pressure about either choice. I tried a pessary but I know me, that would not work long term. I chose surgery and I am very glad I did. I am now 5 weeks post op, my issues are resolved and I felt everything went very well with the office experience, Dr. Swor and his nurse, the hospital experience and my checkups. It is not always you have such a good experience with a doctor, but I can honestly say this was an A+.

The front desk associates were warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I especially enjoyed meeting Nurse Norma, who completed my intake. She has a bright smile, a kind personality, and a friendly demeanor that immediately put me at ease.
Dr. Kash is amazing. Although this was only my second appointment, the lab work she ordered was comprehensive and provided tremendous clarity about where I am currently and how we can formulate a plan moving forward. Her enthusiasm for patient care is contagious.
Too often, women feel ignored, dismissed, or rushed by healthcare providers. With Dr. Kash, I felt truly heard. She was present, engaged, and took the time to listen and explain. That alone has eased much of my anxiety about what lies ahead as I enter perimenopause.
Having a knowledgeable partner to help navigate what can feel like such a gray area for women is incredibly reassuring. I am grateful for the care I’ve received so far and genuinely look forward to the journey we are embarking on together.

As always a good experience great staff timely caring and friendly. Dr explains all procedures findings and takes time to answer any all questions and concern. Highly recommended a solid 10 from start to finish.
