Payment of Services

Insurance and third party reimbursement is dependent upon the ever-changing terms of each policy.  The office will help you handle your account as much as possible.  Medicare, HMO and PPO patients are required to pay their co-payment and/or deductible at the time of service.  Required referrals and authorizations are the responsibility of patients.  We gladly accept mastercard or visa.
